Hardwired Temporalities, organized by the Department of Art History and Communication Studies, will take place on March 11–12, 2016, at McGill University (Thomson House, 3650 Rue McTavish). The entire symposium will be live-streamed, the link will be made available shortly before the event. The conference language is English.
Hardwired Temporalities is funded through a SSHRC Connection Grant awarded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council and co-sponsored by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the Department of Art History and Communication Studies (AHCS), Media@McGill, the McGill Faculty of Arts (Dean of Arts Development Fund), the AHCS Speaker Series, the Department of Language, Literature, and Culture, the Department of East Asian Languages, the Postgraduate Students’s Society (PGSS), and the AHCS Graduate Student Association.
